Most splash-free bowls rely on plastic floating parts or overly mechanical systems. BOBO & BOWL uses a transparent floating glass form and ceramic base to create a cleaner, simpler, and more refined solution.
Is the glass sturdy enough for daily use?
Yes. BOBO is made from labware-grade high-borosilicate glass, selected for its strength, heat resistance, and durability in everyday use. It should be sturdy for most well-behaved dogs under normal household use. Like any glass object, it should still be handled with reasonable care.
Is it dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Both the glass disc and ceramic bowl are dishwasher-safe.
Does it contain plastic?
No. BOBO & BOWL is designed without plastic floating parts.
Can I see the water level and cleanliness clearly?
Yes. The transparent floating glass allows you to observe the water more directly than opaque floating systems.
Can it help keep fur around the mouth cleaner?
It may help. By reducing splashing and limiting how much the muzzle and surrounding fur get soaked during drinking, BOBO & BOWL may help reduce the moisture exposure that can contribute to saliva staining on long or light-colored fur.
Will my dog drink more water with it?
Every dog is different, so we cannot guarantee a behavioral outcome. That said, some customers have shared that their dogs seem more willing to drink from BOBO & BOWL, which may reflect a calmer and more comfortable drinking experience.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us first so we can help coordinate the process. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping conditions may vary depending on the order and reason for return.
